Alessandra Cecchini received her degree in Medicine and Surgery in 1990 with 110/110 at the University of Pavia.

During her career she has been researching in Experimental Surgery. In 1995 she specialized in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with a thesis on "Tri-dimensional Reconstructive Programs in Plastic Surgery".

After winning a grant from IRCCS in Pavia she lived in France from 1992 to 2001. She attended the most prestigious Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Institutes in Grenoble, Lyon and Paris.

She worked as a freelance plastic surgeon in Paris.

In the mean time she has been working in the development of the Private Health Service in Europe; this enables her to choose the most suitable structure from the point of view of health and Safety.

She is an Ordinary Partner, and Member of the Scientific Committee of ASSECE-European Association of Cosmetic Surgery.

At the present she is working as a freelance surgeon in Milan and Como.
